Friends of Romiley Park are a volunteer group dedicated to improving the appearance and facilities of Romiley Park and have already helped to make a number of improvements.

Weeding and preparing the park for Spring.

All welcome. Please come along whatever the weather.

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

On 12 January 1910 John Hodgson Howe of Norfolk House, Denton sold a parcel of land to Bredbury and Romiley Urban District Council for the purposes of section 164 of the Public Health Act 1875 (q.v.) (The price was £3035.3s.9d).
